1. The FA-2 Examinations are scheduled from 13.10.2025 to 15.10.2025( for classes I to V) and 13.10.2025 to 16.10.2025( for classes VI to X).

2. The schedule, guidelines and syllabus are shared herewith.

3. Further informed that the TaRL assessments are integrated with Tool-2 of Formative Assessments for classes III to V, starting from FA-2. The guidelines are also shared herewith.

4. Therefore, RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to disseminate the above instructions and guidelines to all the field functionaries and ensure that the exams are conducted in a smooth and fair manner without giving any scope for adversaries.

Question papers shall be stored securely at the school complex for 1st to 5th classes and at MRC for 6 to 10th classes. The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2 and School complex headmasters will be the custodians of the preserved papers. Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session. School complex HM and MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers. 

They, along with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), should visit schools during examination hours to verify that the examinations are being conducted smoothly and fairly. In case of any untoward incidents, School complex HMs, MEOs and CRPs should report immediately to higher officials. MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools. Syllabus is enclosed to this proceedings.

రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలల్లో పరీక్షలను సజావుగా మరియు న్యాయంగా నిర్వహించుటకు క్రింది సూచనలు ఇవ్వబడుతున్నాయి. సంబంధిత అధికారులు తప్పనిసరిగా ఈ సూచనలను పాటించాలి.

ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల భద్రపరచడం:

1వ తరగతి నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను పాఠశాల సముదాయం (School Complex) వద్ద సురక్షితంగా భద్రపరచాలి.

6వ తరగతి నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను మండల వనరుల కేంద్రం (MRC) వద్ద సురక్షితంగా భద్రపరచాలి.

ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల బాధ్యత:

మండల విద్యాధికారులు (MEOs) I మరియు II మరియు పాఠశాల సముదాయ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు (HMs) ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల సంరక్షకులుగా వ్యవహరించాలి.

ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల పంపిణీ:

ప్రతి పరీక్షా సెషన్ ప్రారంభమయ్యే సమయానికి ఒక గంట ముందు మాత్రమే సంబంధిత పాఠశాలలకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల బండిల్స్ అందజేయాలి.

పర్యవేక్షణ మరియు సమీక్ష:

పాఠశాల సముదాయ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు మండల విద్యాధికారులు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల గోప్యత మరియు సమగ్రతను నిర్ధారించాలి.

వారు **క్లస్టర్ రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్లు (CRPs)**తో కలిసి పాఠశాలలను సందర్శించి పరీక్షలు సజావుగా మరియు న్యాయంగా జరుగుతున్నాయో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయాలి.

ఏదైనా అవాంఛనీయ ఘటన చోటుచేసుకున్న పక్షంలో, పాఠశాల సముదాయ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, మండల విద్యాధికారులు మరియు CRPs తక్షణమే ఉన్నతాధికారులకు నివేదించాలి.

పర్యవేక్షణ పరిధి:

మండల విద్యాధికారులు మరియు CRPs ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించే మరియు ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల్లో పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ విధానంపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలి.
